The shop is big but its like a maze and staff totally lost and every time they had to run down to stockroom plus they dont have all the collection very weird i had to show them a polo tshirt to go and find it

Love the flagship men's store! So sad that it's under renovation on the facade of the building. The door greeter is friendly and everything about Ralph Lauren, though when I was at the hunting/ country outfit area, there was a salesperson who looks very angry and annoyed.

Our recent purchase for our one-year-old from Ralph Lauren is simply adorable. The baby collection is so well-made and stylish. The outfit we got is not just cute but feels like a touch of luxury for our little one. The whole shopping experience was lovely, and it's clear that Ralph Lauren puts a lot of care into their designs. Our little one is now all set for some stylish adventures!

I was disappointed with my experience at the Ralph Lauren store on 867 Madison Ave. The shop assistants on the 4 floor pseemed disinterested, providing little help in choosing a gift and showing a lack of enthusiasm. There was also a noticeable absence of alternatives when certain products were unavailable. Monday blues aside, a bit more customer engagement would have made the visit more satisfactory.

Went to the Ralph Lauren store just a few minutes ago, we are on vacation in New York and wow what a beautiful store! Nothing like in the Netherlands, compliments for the people who work there. They care about you and try their best to help what fits you the best. We got helped by a very nice lady. Thank you happy customer from the Netherlands!😃

The interior design was amazing. When I went downstairs, it felt like I left 2023 NYC and entered a whole new world. Sales associate were exceedingly helpful and the AC was at a perfect temperature. I was not a major Ralph fan before but this shopping trip has changed me!!!
